WorkoutPlaza stores workout records on your device by default. Exporting or sharing only happens when you trigger it.

2. Health data

If you grant HealthKit permission, the app reads workout information only to power related features such as import, summaries, and card composition.

3. Third-party services

Some third-party SDKs may be used for product functionality. Refer to in-app notices and store disclosures for implementation details.
